The company WILDSTEER (hereinafter referred to as WILDSTEER) is a simplified joint-stock company registered with the RCS of Saint-Etienne under number B 480 160 688.

1. OBJECT

These General Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms") are intended to frame the conditions of navigation on the "website" between WILDSTEER on the one hand, and any "User" on the other hand.

The navigation conditions concern in particular, the use of the "website", its functionalities, its links, but also the various forms present on the site.

They are binding on any person using the site, connected or not to their web account, whether or not they have consented to the use of cookies, whether or not they have the status of WILDSTEER customer.

 

2. DEFINITIONS

"Terms": refers to these general terms and conditions of use and any subsequent amendments thereto.

"Website": refers to the website www.couteau.com and all sub-domains linked to these web pages, with the exception of any web page accessed via an external domain name, in particular on a payment platform or electronic signature.

"User": refers to the person browsing the "website" and any person holding a customer account on said website.

"Credentials": refers to the set formed by the email address and the password chosen by the "User" to access their client area.

 

3. PREREQUISITES FOR NAVIGATION ON THE "WEBSITE"

3.1. In order to be able to access the "website" or their client area, the "User" must have a terminal and a satisfactory connection to an internet network, which are the responsibility of the "User".

3.2. The "User" must be at least 15 years old. Below this age, the "User" must be accompanied by one of their legal representatives throughout the navigation on the Website.

3.3. Access to the client area is reserved for persons who are customers of the company WILDSTEER and have personal Credentials. Opening a customer account on our website is not a mandatory prerequisite for navigation on it.

4.1. These "Terms" apply to any access and navigation on the "website" regardless of the geographical location of the "User".

4.2. Continuing to browse the Website constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

 

5. AVAILABILITY OF THE WEBSITE

The obligation to provide the "website" is an obligation of means. WILDSTEER implements all technical and organizational means at its disposal to ensure that any "User" wishing to access the website, connect to their area

5.1. client, and access various other features of the "Website" can do so.

5.2. WILDSTEER cannot be held responsible for any technical malfunction of the "website" preventing the "User" from accessing the "website" or the client area, regardless of the cause of the unavailability, its duration, its consequences, and whether it is partial or complete, blocking or not.

5.3. Our company is unable to guarantee access to its Website at all times, which access is impossible in the event of an external event beyond our control, in particular in the event of force majeure, IT failures, or technical problems related to the network.

6.4. The "User" is prohibited from infringing the rights of third parties, in particular intellectual property rights, when using the "website".

 

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The elements present on the "website" (texts, graphics, logos, photos, videos, sounds, databases, etc.) as well as their formatting are the exclusive property of WILDSTEER or are regularly subject to rights of use or exploitation authorizing their reproduction and distribution by WILDSTEER.

 

8. HYPERTEXT LINKS

Hypertext links present on the "website" and redirecting the "User" to other websites do not engage the responsibility of WILDSTEER for the content or the existence of these other sites.

 

9. RESPONSIBILITY

9.1. WILDSTEER cannot be held responsible for any damage, whether direct or indirect, resulting from the use of the "website".

9.2. The "User" guarantees WILDSTEER against any action, claim, complaint, recourse, opposition and/or condemnation that WILDSTEER could suffer from a third party due to a violation by the "User" of any of their obligations.

 

10. MODIFICATION OF THE "TERMS"

WILDSTEER reserves the right to modify, at any time and without notice, these "Terms" in order to adapt them to the evolutions of the "website" or to the modifications of the legislation.

 

11. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These "Terms" are subject to French law.
